About the Instructor:
Toby Lunn (born 1972, Nassau, The Bahamas) is an abstract oil painter who draws from the rhythms of nature for inspiration. He received an AA from The College of The Bahamas and a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art.

As an abstract artist, Lunn is influenced heavily by Pollock, Hoffman, Frankenthaler, and Joan Mitchell. His work, however, has a clear rooting in the island landscape that is his home.

Lunn’s work has been viewed in various group exhibitions in Bahamian art galleries such as Popup Studios and a solo show in 2001 at the Central Bank of The Bahamas. Lunn has also participated in several shows in the United States of America where he is widely collected.
