We are deeply saddened by the passing of Crispin Dillet.

For several years, Cris lived at Popop and happily acted as the caretaker. He befriended the Popop community and was beloved by us all in return. Even the Popop pets loved him. Cris made Popop feel like a home. He welcomed, and looked out for, our international residents, frequently cooking for them and being around when no one else was. When his eyesight failed, Cris had to leave Popop but some of us remained in close touch with him and he always spoke of his days at Popop with smiles, laughter and fondness.

He was loved by all and we will miss him.
