Though we love him dearly, it is the general consensus that Popopstudios is not the ideal home for Anejo.

He deserves more quality attention and clearer authority in his life. Popop is a community of busy working artists who are constantly in and out of their studios. Furthermore, his primary caretakers are now embarking on ventures that will keep them away from Popopstudios for extended periods.

We need to find Anejo a home where he can have more attention, and possibly other dogs, or older children as playmates. Anejo is about 9 months old and is a vibrant, alert, energetic young dog. He is good natured and very trainable.

Anejo had a humble and shaky start to life. He was found on the Popop grounds as a small mange-ridden pup. Some of the artists at Popop took upon themselves the task of giving him medicated baths until his mange was cured.

He has had all his shots and has been neutered. He is very accustomed to being indoors and around people, other dogs and even cats. He has become a beloved Popop-pet.

But it is not a good fit for him and everyone here can see he needs more than Popop can offer.
