ARC Magazine founders and editors Holly Bynoe and Nadia Huggins have taken up the Youth-IN Visions project – an initiative by the United Nations Development Programme – and over a period of four months will travel around the Caribbean to spotlight in each place four visionary young people who are making a difference.
