Currently, Marinah Janello is working on a collaboration piece with fellow filmmaker and Hampshire College alum, Jessica Bass.

It combines live action scenes by Marinah with stop motion animation by Jessica.

The piece is about a girl who believes that she can speak to her Bahamian ancestors through a hole in her ceiling.  Through conversations with these fairy-like ancestors, she learns her family stories from Long Island, Bahamas.
